UCC Researchers from the School of Biochemistry and Cell Biology and the School of Pharmacy join with all-island collaborators to progress HEA North-South Research Programme, AIVRT

17th January 2023, pictured at the inaugural meeting of the All-island Vaccine Research & Training Alliance (AIVRT) research group, In UCD, were Dr Anne Moore, School of Biochemistry and Cell Biology University College Cork, Dr Laura J Sahm, Dr Aoife Fleming, School of Pharmacy University College Cork.

AIVRT brings together researchers from QUB, UCD, TCD and UCC in an ambitious four year alliance to better human health through vaccination and to train the next generation of all-island researchers in vaccine design, development, testing and deployment research.

Funding is gratefully acknowledged from the HEA North-South Research Programme, Strand 2.
