Early Modernity Half Day Symposium
SPLAS would like to invite you to attend this coming Half-day Symposium on Iberian Early Modernity, to be held on Thursday, 16 May, in the Mary Ryan Seminar Room, O'Rahilly Building.
Participants in this event will share their research on different literary, historical, and cultural aspects of Iberian Renaissance and Baroque.
Our guest speaker, María Elisa Navarro (Trinity College Dublin) will offer a presentation on the influence of astronomy and modern science in Juan Caramuel's architecture treatise Architectura civil recta y obliqua (1678-1679).
