SOE student makes finals of 2021 ASME Student Mechanism & Robot Design Competition

SoE first-year PhD student in Mechanical Engineering, Jiaxiang Zhu, has been selected into the finalist of 2021 ASME Student Mechanism & Robot Design Competition (SMRDC) for his work entitled: “A High Precision Mirror Symmetric XY Positioner”. This work is supervised by Dr. Guangbo Hao with the fabrication beautifully done by Tim Power and Mike O’Shea. Jiaxiang is one of four selected in the Graduate Category.
