Quercus Medals at World Cup 2

Three of Ireland's World Cup 2 Medals in Lucerne this weekend were won by Quercus Scholars, Paul O'Donovan, Ronan Byrne & Lydia Heaphy.

Paul won gold with his partner, Fintan McCarthy, in the Men's Lightweight Double Sculls. Ronan won silver with his partner, Philip Doyle, in the Men's Double. Lydia Heaphy won silver in the Lightweight Women's Sculls. Another Quercus Scholar, Tara Hanlon, also competed in the A finals of the Women's Pair. Well done to all!!
