Emily Rows to Silver

Congratulations to Emily Hegarty on winning a silver medal in the U23 World Championships on Saturday in Sarasota Bradenton, Florida. 

Emily was in the women's four with fellow UCC student Tara Hanlon and two other rowers, Claire Feerick and Eimear Lambe. 

Congratulations also to our fabulous scholar, Aoife Casey, who made the final of the lightweight women's double skull with her partner, Clíodhna Nolan. Aoife & Clíodhna came in fourth in a really hard fought final.
