Congratulations to UCC GAA & UCC Soccer

UCC have won three major sporting cups over the past month. The Collingwood Cup, The Sigerson Cup and The Fitzgibbon Cup.

UCC Soccer won the 2019 Rustlers Collingwood Cup in Soccer on the 6th February. Quercus Scholar, Cathal O'Hanlon, was injured for the game but he is a regular on the team.  

UCC GAA then went on to do the Sigerson and Fitzgibbon double, the first double of its kind in 31 years. UCC Footballers won the Sigerson Cup on February 20th and Quercus Sports' Scholar, Brian Ó Beaglaoich, was part of the team. UCC Hurlers won the Fitzgibbon Cup on the 23rd February, Quercus Sports' Scholars, Shane Kingston and Mark Coleman were part of the team. Quercus Scholar Paddy Cadell was a panel member due to injury.
