Biography:

Samantha graduated from the BSc Public Health in 2016, and went on to complete her MSc by research with the Health Information Systems Research Centre. Her thesis examined randomised controlled trials as a method of mobile health evaluation. During her masters, Samantha took up a part-time role with UCC Health Matters and is now currently working as part of a multi-disciplinary team on the Mi-USE project. This project aims to develop a digital intervention to reduce harm from substance use in college students and is a collaboration between the School of Public Health, Business Information Systems, School of Applied Psychology, and the Student Health Department.
