Physiology at the Houses of the Oireachtas

Two case reports on the societal value of basic research conducted in the Department of Physiology, UCC were included in a report published by The Physiological Society who organised, in partnership with the Royal Irish Academy, “Impact 2030 and the future of basic research funding” at the Houses of the Oireachtas in April. The report showcased the work of Dr Fiona McDonald and Mr. Jack Leacy.
