South Infirmary Victoria University Hospital, Cork hosted a very successful pain management conference in Brookfield Health Sciences Complex, UCC

On the 8th January 2020 the South Infirmary Victoria University Hospital, Cork hosted a very successful pain management conference to a packed auditorium in Brookfield Health Sciences Complex, UCC
The conference highlighted the importance of a multidisciplinary approach to managing the complexities of chronic pain. At the conference Professor Josephine Hegarty and Dr Ruth Lernihan launched the SIVUH programme of events and their key focus on celebrating the World Health Organisation designated International Year of the Nurse and Midwife 2020.
