We are delighted to announce that there will be 25 funded places (covering 90-100% of tuition fees) for students on the Postgraduate Certificate - Gerontological Nursing programme (30 credits) and these funded places have been made possible under the HEA & Government of Ireland (July Stimulus Package) Postgraduate Skills Provision as announced by the Department of Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science on 27/10/20.
Programme orientation will be online on the 14th December 2020. The first module is NU6078 Ageing and Older People: Comprehensive Assessment and Management (10 credits).
The programme will use a blended delivery format using the online platform Canvas and a limited number of sessions on site in UCC, thus making the programme easily accessible from anywhere in Ireland.
