The annual School of Medicine Prize-Giving Ceremony took place on Friday 20 November, 2015 in Brookfield Health Sciences Complex.
The annual School of Medicine Prize-Giving Ceremony took place on Friday 20 November, 2015 in Brookfield Health Sciences Complex.
The Dean of the School, Professor Mary Horgan, warmly welcomed the large number of prize-winners, their families and friends, guests and School of Medicine staff to the Ceremony. The Dean congratulated the prizewinners on their achievments and the awards were presented by invited guests and faculty members.
At the Ceremony the achievements of the students who excelled in both Medical Science and Clinical disciplines in the 2015 Dr. Henry Hutchinson Stewart Medical Scholarships were also acknowledged
The Dean, along with Dr. Liam Fanning, Chair of the School of Medicine Research Committee, congratulated the students who were successful in a large number of research related activities in 2015 and presented certificates to the students in recognition of their outstanding research work:
Professor Horgan closed the Ceremony by wishing the students and graduates continued success in their promising careers ahead.
