Valentina and Daniel each gave talks at Paleo4Alps 2026

Paleo4Alps was an International conference organised to meet 4 major European Palaeontological Associations (Italian, German, Swiss and Austrian). Valentina presented a regular talk and also delivered a Keynote about current research on fossil melanin Biomolecules.
Daniel gave a talk on the preservation of soft tissues in fossil frogs and fish from the German Geiseltal Lagerstätte.
It was the perfect venue to meet with old and new colleagues and chat about all things fossils!
