In June 2022 we gave the IT Services website - it.ucc.ie - a refresh and as part of the refresh we started to build and move content from our public website over to a new internal IT Services SharePoint site. You can read more about our new look website in our June 2022 newsletter.

The information we have moved to SharePoint is for the UCC internal audience only and is an effort to keep the information we own and share more secure.  By using SharePoint, information is only accessible to people with a UCC account and therefore removing a potential threat to our data.  The IT Services SharePoint site is now live and can be accessed here or through various links on it.ucc.ie

IT Services would advise departments to review the information they have publicly available on their public CMS based websites and determine if said information could be used maliciously against UCC. If you need advice on moving content over to SharePoint, then please contact our Digital Advisory Centre through their SharePoint site.
