Getting Connected

Overview
We know how important it is for the international student community to stay connected. This section provides introductory information to help you find and use the IT facilities and online services to all students of the university.
Firstly the Student IT Services website is the one stop shop for everything you need to know about online and IT services:
- How to set up wireless internet access on your own device ;
- How to use the print service;
- Student Services log on;
- UCC Student Email;
- Blackboard ;
- UCC Portal;
- UCC Smartcard.

Student IT Services department also operate a Student Helpdesk on the Q floor of the Boole Library.
