Prof Geoff Roberts honoured for his research in Sovietology

The Russian edition of Professor Geoff Roberts’ biography of Marshal Zhukov was launched in Moscow last week at a meeting of the Russian Association of Second World War Historians. At the meeting Geoff was decorated by the Committee for the Memorialisation of Marshal Zhukov. He said: “I am honoured and thrilled to receive this, my first medal.”
