Book Launch 'The Treaty: Debating and Establishing the Irish State'

On October 17, Senator Michael McDowell launched The Treaty: Debating and Establishing the Irish State in the Kevin Barry Recital Room in the National Concert Hall. This was the venue at which the Anglo-Irish Treaty of 1921 was debated and voted on by the Second Dáil.
