Article selected as an 'Editors Choice'

An article by Hope Faulkner, who recently graduated with the School’s MSc in Food Science, has been selected as an ‘Editor’s Choice’ in the February issue of the Journal of Dairy Science. The article, on the Effect of different forage types on the volatile and sensory properties of bovine milk,’ will be featured prominently on the journal’s homepage in February 2018 and on the print journal’s cover. The article is also included in the Editor’s Choice Collection, where it is freely accessible to all. Hope’s MSc was supervised by Dr Maurice O’Sullivan and Prof Joe Kerry (UCC) and Dr Kieran Kilcawley (Teagasc).
