Lord Mayor's visit to School, 2nd November 2016

Cllr Des Cahill, Lord Mayor of Cork, visited the Food Science and Technology facility and had a specific interest in the food processing and health & nutrition aspects of our research. Cllr Cahill is a former student of our Food Industry Training Unit having completed a HACCP training course as a butcher and company owner in the early 2000s.
