Art Exhibition of 4th Year Dental Student Kamaul Baig
We are very proud of Kaumal who has an Art Exhibtion in the Jennings Gallery UCC called Inkspirations which is running from 4th November till January 27th.
Kaumal Baig is a 4th Year Dental Student in University College Cork who grew up in Cork with Asian roots.
Kaumal loves the precision that drawing with ink provides - the crisp, clear, permanent lines. Patterns are a noticeable component in the majority of Kaumal’s drawings – little motifs collected in her mind over the years.
With no formal education in art, Kaumal went through life with a passion for Mathematics and the Sciences, which are portrayed through her artwork. Aptly described by the famous, Henry Ward Beecher - “Every artist dips his brush in his own soul, and paints his own nature into his pictures.”
