Woodcock tagging project

Over the past six months, a research group from BEES, led by Luke Harman has been working on tagging Eurasian Woodcock (Scolopax rusticola) to monitor their migratory behaviour.

The work is part of a larger project run by the Game and Wildlife Conservation Trust in the UK and has already led to some interesting results.
