Research Interests

The work in my lab primarily focusses on the application of ‘omics techniques to better understand and apply food fermentation and bacteriophages. The various projects combine genomics, metagenomics, metatranscriptomics, and metabolomics, and coupling those with new analysis techniques. Further information on his funding and publications can be found at his ORCID link
