The Sydney Regan Tuition Support Scheme Scholarship Fund 2020

This scheme awards 8 tuition support awards to UCC Music students whose first instrument is an instrument for which tuition is not offered by the Department of Music, University College Cork.
The scholarships are awarded on a competitive basis on the grounds of performing excellence, promise, and financial circumstances. Each Sydney Regan Tuition Scholarship Award is valued at 600 Euro. This scholarship is funded by the Sydney Regan bequest.
Eligibility to apply
Every candidate for a scholarship must have been born in Ireland or be of a parent who was born in Ireland or have been ordinarily resident in Ireland for at least ten years.
Selection Process
- Round 1: Completion of an application form online, from which a shortlist will be determined
- Round 2: Shortlisted applicants will be asked to submit a pre-recorded video audition of 3-5 minutes in length
