Professor Drennan presented the findings of our research at the annual RCSI nursing conference in February 2019.

Professor Drennan gave an exciting presentation showing the impact of intentional changes to nurse staffing on patient, nurse and organistaional outcomes. The take home message was that if you implement safe nurse staffing levels you can change both staff and patient outcomes for the better, while reducing agency cost.
