Dr Mohamad Saab and Professor Josephine Hegarty received an award for poster was titled: Model of cancer survivorship care: research to inform the Irish context.

This was the first year in its 56 year history that the annual IACR conference hosted a parallel Nursing and Allied Sciences presentations track.
Dr Mohamad Saab and Professor Josephine Hegarty pictured at the Irish Association for Cancer Research (IACR) Conference in Galway where their poster which received an award on the 27th February 2020. This was the first year in its 56 year history that the annual IACR conference hosted a parallel Nursing and Allied Sciences presentations track. The oral and poster presentations offered an excellent opportunity for nurses and allied health care professionals to share their research perspectives on cancer and the supportive care needs of individuals on the cancer journey. The poster was titled: Model of cancer survivorship care: research to inform the Irish context.
