UCC Highly Commended at National Diversity and Inclusion Awards 2026
UCC was delighted to accept the Highly Commended Award in the Public Sector Organisation of the Year category at the National Diversity and Inclusion Awards 2026.
The Irish Centre for Diversity is a Diversity & Inclusion (D&I)-focused business, which has a clear understanding of the strategic needs of an organisation that wishes to demonstrate its commitment to progress in this vital area. They use cutting-edge tools and services to measure and inform organisations about workplace culture through the lens of FREDIE™ (Fairness, Respect, Equality, Diversity, Inclusion & Engagement).
Part of this engagement comes through hosting their annual Awards ceremony, which through its 12 categories celebrates all aspects of Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) in the workplace and recognises best practice across the country.
In our first year, UCC was delighted to be awarded 'Highly Commended' in the Public Sector Organisation of the Year Award, coming second to An Post at the ceremony on Friday, 6 February.
