ENGAGE Digital Reverse Mentoring Programme – CALL OPEN
The ENGAGE Digital scheme welcomes applications from women and underrepresented genders, working in academic, research, technical, or professional support roles across the university, who are early or mid-career staff currently not in a leadership or management position.
The scheme is funded by the HEA Gender Equality Enhancement Fund, to advance gender equality initiatives in Irish higher education. ENGAGE Digital is focussed on advancing gender equality for all women and minority genders.
ENGAGE Digital offers a unique reverse mentoring experience where learning flows both ways. As a mentor, you won’t just share your perspective, you will also gain insight into senior leadership realities, decision making, and organisational culture. The programme creates a safe, supported space for open, meaningful dialogue that benefits both mentor and mentee in a higher education setting.
To participate, please complete the confidential expression of interest form. ENGAGE Digital Reverse Mentoring Programme - Expression of Interest Application for Mentors – Fill out form
