School of BEES @ the Cork Carnival of Science
The Cork Carnival of Science takes place on the 7th and 8th of June and the School of BEES will be there.
On Saturday 7th and Sunday 8th of June, Cork Carnival of Science at Fitzgerald Park features non-stop, family-friendly experiments, interactive activities, games, street food and a packed line-up of live demonstrations and big-top science shows. Open from 11am to 5pm each day, Cork Carnival of Science is supported by Cork City Council and Research Ireland.
The School of BEES will be participating in this year's carnival so if you want to take part in our 'Nature Scavenger Hunt'; meet some meat-eating plants; or get to grips with some zoological specimens, come and say hello. We'll have a range of activities throughout the weekend the demonstrate the importance of the environmental and the natural world for all of us.
With 26 science shows and over 50 fun-filled STEM activities combined with some tasty street food, Cork Carnival of Science offers a great day for all the family.
