UCC & Literature Ireland Translator in Residence
Announcing New University College Cork & Literature Ireland Translator in Residence Bursary
We are delighted to announce the beginning of a new partnership between the University College Cork School of Languages, Literatures and Cultures and Literature Ireland.
This partnership will support an annual residential bursary for a literary translator to travel to Ireland and live and work on the beautiful UCC campus in Cork City.
The first residency will take place over 10 weeks, from mid-June to August 2020. Applications are now open and we welcome applicants currently translating an Irish work of literature into Spanish, and primarily resident in Spain.
All queries and applications should be submitted to info@literatureireland.com by the deadline of 5 p.m. on Thursday, 30th April 2020.
