Dr Noeleen Brady presented the impact of the pilot intervention on Nurse Sensitive Outcomes (NSOs).
This is the first time in Ireland that NSOs have been analysed and the first time that our Hospital Inpatient Enquiry (HIPE) system has been used for this purpose. The implementation showed a positive impact on the occurrence of NSOs and this was the first time this data was presented.
