Pharmacy Postgraduate Information Evening Tuesday 24th February

The Pharmacy Society will host a postgraduate information evening on Tuesday 24th Feb at 5.15pm in LG52 entitled “PhD: Life after Pharmacy”. This event is aimed at all Pharmacy students who are contemplating undertaking a PhD in the future.

An expert panel of PhD candidates and graduates with Pharmacy backgrounds will be present to discuss why they chose to undertake research, to outline their day to day job and to provide advice to any perspective candidates. A range of speakers at different stages in their career will be present on the night from various disciplines including Clinical Pharmacy, Health Services Research, Chemistry, Pharmaceutics, Anatomy and Pharmacology. A networking session with the panel will be held afterwards.
