Inspired by the George Boole commemorations, a fourth year music student at UCC, Robert Creed, composed a piece of music to accompany a poem written by Boole on 'The Communion of Saints'.

The APC Microbiome Institute at UCC has entered into an alliance with Second Genome Inc. to develop microbiome-based therapies that prevent and treat inflammatory bowel disease (IBD).
