Presentation of SuperValu Award for Excellence in Food Microbiology 2019
The SuperValu Award for Excellence in Food Microbiology was presented to Nora Cash at a ceremony in UCC recently.
The award, which is now in its sixth year, is an acknowledgement by SuperValu of the vital contribution UCC makes to primary food research. Nora Cash finished top of her class in the Masters of Food Microbiology programme. As part of her award, Nora will be given €2,000, which will allow her to continue her research
