The Coastal Atlas of Ireland Steals the Show

Contributors from UCC and beyond explore Irelands coastline with 800 pages of original maps, illustrations and more. The Journal.ie annouced it as the "Best Irish Based-Publication of 2021".

The Coastal Map of Ireland won the "Best Irish-Based Publication of 2021" from the Journal.ie. This extensive manuscript covers a broad range of scientific and socialogical topics pertaining to the Irish coastline.

Two chapters 'Sea levels and Ireland’s ancient seabeds' and 'Cold-water corals, reefs and carbonate mounds'  and are written and co-written by Prof. Wheeler
