The subject of this year’s event will be The Life of Saint Declan of Ardmore, Irish Texts Society Main Series, vol. 16 (1914), edited by Patrick Power.

A symposium on investigating an aspect of the materiality of the medieval manuscript.

This symposium, hosted by the McCarthy Multi-Spectral Imaging (McCarthy MSI) Project of the Department of Modern Irish, brings together scholars to explore the quire as a core unit in the structure of the manuscript.
