Entrepreneurial Clinics at GatewayUCC
GatewayUCC has recently introduced a series of Entrepreneurial Clinics at Western Gateway Building. Read on to learn more.
Autumn has been a busy time at GatewayUCC. The seventh year of our successful SPRINT Accelerator Programme is underway, and we were delighted to welcome a new group of researchers with exciting start-up ideas from across UCC to take part.
This year for the first time, we have also commenced a series of Entrepreneurial Clinics at Western Gateway Building. Clinics run on the second Thursday of each month. They afford the start-up community in UCC an opportunity to discuss concerns they have about their start-up with a team of experienced, serial entrepreneurs.
The Clinics are proving popular and can function as additional sessions to augment the SPRINT programme or as stand-alone advice clinics for researchers seeking to start their own business based on UCC research.
One clinic has taken place to date covering general start-up advice. The next Entrepreneurial Clinic will take place Thursday 17th November and its theme is legal advice. Clinics take place during working hours. If you would like to learn more or book a place, contact Myriam Cronin, Head of GatewayUCC by email at firstname.lastname@example.org
