The 2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine has resulted in a large number of people fleeing conflict, displaced, and seeking refuge in Ireland. In response and as a committed University of Sanctuary, UCC has a focus on supporting these new members of our communities, working together with local government, public sector agencies, and NGO’s for joined up approaches locally, regionally and nationally.
