Marking One Year of Safe and Sound
An exhibition was held to mark one year of the Safe and Sound project in UCC.
The Safe and Sound Project works with student, staff, and external collaborators to create social media content, posters, digital signage, and events to foster awareness of issues around sexual violence and harassment (SVH). This exhibition on 11 June featured a selection of graphics co-designed by Chloe Boland and Dr. Caroline West covering topics as diverse as stalking, spiking, consent as Gaeilge and much more. It was a chance to celebrate all of the incredible work that has been done this year and all of the collaborations across UCC. The exhibition was launched by Elshaddai Mahuda (The Sexual Health Centre) with invited speakers, Professor Stephen Byrne (DPR), Celine Griffin (Bystander Programme Manager), and Professor Nuala Finnegan (Project Lead).
