The Rise of the Far Right
UCC Bus Stop Chat
Date: Monday, 15th March 2021
Time: 1-2pm
Conversation Topic: "The Rise of the Far Right"
Speaker: Dr. Piaras MacEinri, Department of Geography
Moderator: Dr. Gertrude Cotter, Global Centre for Development
What is this about? It is a simple idea, a shared space where people can give a short talk about their research or any current topic of interest (10-15 mins) with a view to a cross faculty conversation with a range of different perspectives. All staff can join at any time and dip in and out when you see a topic that interests you. You might also like to bring a speaker or a person you know to contribute to this chat and informal forum, and if you just want to come and listen that is fine too. It aims to be inclusive, participatory, and fun.
Free - all welcome. Organised by UCC Bus Stop Chat Group
