'Magic(k) and Festivals' conference
The Irish Network for the Study of Esotericism and Paganism in association with UCC Study of Religions Department.
Given the timing of the event, the focus will be on the festival of Samhain/Halloween. The two leading specialists on Halloween are the keynotes -- Professor Ronald Hutton, University of Bristol on 'The History of Halloween' and Professor Jack Santino, Bowling Green State University on 'The Future of Halloween'.
