Elmer Dixon, co-founder of Black Panther Seattle Chapter speaks at UCC

We were delighted to host Elmer Dixon, co-founder of the Black Panthers Seattle Chapter and Diversity & Inclusivity Consultant to speak at UCC as part of Equality Week 2023.

On Friday 6th October at 11:00 in BHSC G.02, Elmer spoke about his life growing up and the cultural and political climate that drove him and his brother to join and become leaders in the Black Panther political movement.

His life and experinces are details in his book 'Die Standing: from Black Panther Revolutionary to Global Diversity Consultant."
