Digital Institute Project Symposium 2026
Students on the MA in Digital Arts and Humanities recently ended their second semester by presenting the work developed for the Digital Humanities Institute DH6003.
This year the students engaged in a digital electronics project, producing scaled down models of complex sociotechnical systems.
Through the process of designing and implementing their prototypes the students engaged with the broader social and cultural questions raised by their chosen systems.
They then worked with colleagues at the Digital Scholarship Studio in the Library to produce video essays exploring the questions raised.
Towards the end of the semester students and staff came together in the Digital Scholarship Studio to present their work in the annual Digital Institute Symposium.
You can see the excellent video essays produced by the student here.
