Welcome

Welcome to the Centre for Gerontology and Rehabilitation

The Centre for Gerontology and Rehabilitation was established in September 2010, funded by Atlantic Philanthropies, with the specific remit to establish interdisciplinary teaching and learning in Gerontology, Rehabilitation and End of Life Care in UCC.  We offer a postgraduate programme in Older Person Rehabilitation which can be studied by taking either individual CPD modules or completing one of the following streams - Postgraduate Certificate and MSc.

Commencing in September 2018 we now offer Postgraduate Studies in Dementia. Similiar to the Older Person Rehabilitation Programme there are different streams of study - individual CPD Modules; Postgraduate Certificate and Masters. This is a flexible, practical, interdisciplinary programme covering key topics in cognitive disorders and dementia. Apply online via UCC's application system.
