UCC research to tackle national and global societal challenges

• Research led by Dr James Windle (UCC Department of Sociology and Criminology) and Professor Jools Gilson (UCC Department of Film, Music and Theatre) among projects awarded funding under the Research Ireland New Foundations programme.
• Dr James Windle will explore how women living with addiction experience services.
• Professor Jools Gilson will explore the development of an Arts and Sustainability festival in Cork city.
