Pharmacy student receives prize at the Health Research Board's Watt's Medal and Poster Competition

Congratulations to 4th year Pharmacy Student Maria Donovan on winning a prize at this year's Health Research Board Watt's Medal and Poster Competition.

Having been awarded a HRB summer student scholarship, Maria worked on a project entitled ‘Bumetanide in the treatment of seizures; Development of bioanalytical assays and pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamics studies’ for eight weeks.
