This year, for the first time, UCC will host a Freshers' Fest from Friday September 19th to Sunday, September 21st.
The UCC Freshers' Fest is two days of celebrating the very best of student life - from the serious business of attending essential workshops/presentations and demonstrations to the fun side of music, sport and theatre performances.

Things you should do at Freshers' Fest:
- Sign up and attend essential workshops on Saturday, September 21st (you will receive workshops details in the post or see Freshers Fest Essential Workshops link for online booking)
- Register for Clubs and Societies
- Register for free membership of the Mardyke Sports Arena
- Find out where all your lectures will be held
- Buy essential stationery and books
- Take a tour of Campus/Library/Sports Centre/Glucksman Art Gallery/Granary Theatre
- Attend a Culture Night in the Lewis Glucksman Gallery, Friday, September 19th from 5pm - 11pm
- Listen to live Gigs in the Student Centre, Saturday, September 20th featuring Aaron Dillon and Stanley Super 800
- Enjoy DJ Stevie G
- Attend performances in the Granary Theatre, UCC from 7pm - 11pm, Friday and Saturday night
- Attend Welcome Mass in the Honan Chapel, Sunday, September 21st at 12 noon
- View the All Ireland Final on our Big Screen in the Student Centre on Sunday, September 21st
- Bring your family and friends to a Welcome Reception on Sunday, September 21st at 6pm
- Join the Ceilí Mór in the Amphitheatre outside the Student Centre on Sunday at 6.30pm
