The Hon. Mr justice Paul Carney delivered his third lecture as Adjunct Professor of the Law Faculty UCC on the Role of the Victim in the Irish Criminal Process, on Tuesday 10 June.
Mr Justice Carney is one of the most senior High Court Judges in Ireland and the Presiding Judge of the Central Criminal Court. He was appointed Adjunct Professor of the Law Faculty, UCC in 2006.
