The meeting will consist of several sessions over 1½ days, each including keynote presentations from internationally renowned investigators in the field, as well as presentations from Irish researchers. Topics that will be covered include Treatments for Genetic Diseases, Cancer Gene Therapies & Immune Therapies and Treatments for Cardiovascular Disease, while a session will also be dedicated to ‘Moving Science into Business’.  “This promises to be a unique and exciting event for UCC”, said Conference Organiser, Dr Mark Tangney, Cork Cancer Research Centre.
