UCC School of Medicine students receive HHS Awards
The Dean, Professor Mary Horgan, and Faculty and all the staff of the School of Medicine congratulate the large number of UCC Medical students receiving awards at the NUI Dr. Henry Hutchinson Stewart Medical Scholarships Award Ceremony in Dublin on 9 November, 2016. These awards are competed for annually by students and graduates of NUI constituent universities (UCC, UCD, NUI Galway and Maynooth University) and other NUI member institutions including RCSI and NCAD. The awards honour and support scholars of distinction at every stage of their academic studies. These achievements were also acknowledged by the Dean at the recent School of Medicine Prizegiving Ceremony.
