UCC Department of English Students Shine in Global Undergraduate Awards 2021

The Department of English, UCC is delighted to announce that Laura Shelly, BA English, is the Island of Ireland Regional Winner in the Global Undergraduate Awards 2021. Four other Department of English students are highly commended in the Literature category: Robyn Coombes, Joseph Linehan, Ava Lynch and Lara Ní Chuirrín.
The Global Undergraduate Awards is the leading global undergraduate awards programme with submissions from institutions of higher education worldwide. Student achievements in English, including the award of the Louise Clancy Dissertation Prize, will be marked at the School of English and Digital Humanities online welcome event on the 21st October.
