Food Writing Flexi-Option course - October 2015

A UCC flexi-option graduate course in creative non-fiction, taught in collaboration with two internationally renowned food businesses: Ballymaloe Cookery School and Café Paradiso Vegetarian Restaurant.
This course will be offered again in October 2015, on the following days:
Friday 9th October – Full day with food historian, Regina Sexton.
Friday 16th October – Full day with food writer, John McKenna.
Friday 23rd October – Full day with chef, food writer & owner of Cafe Paradiso in Cork, Dennis Cotter
Saturday 24th October – Full day with chef, food writer & founder of Ballymaloe Cookery School, Darina Allen
